Practical Exercises for Youth in Daily Life Skills
Theses guides provide another way for CASAs to use – practical worksheets and exercises for life skills of nutrition, cooking, grocery shopping. laundry and house cleaning. It is part of the curriculum in some Independent Living programs – Preparing Adolescents for Young Adulthood (PAYA) guides.
CASAs can select quizzes or exercises based upon the age of their teen. Some of the information is outdated as to costs and products but provide the discussion points for CASAs.
