CASA Quick Resource Guide

This quick reference highlights some of the typical resource needs that a CASA may be looking for. There is a community of partners seeking to assist youth in foster care. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – The CASA program’s subject matter experts (SMEs) are individuals with specialized knowledge in a particular field or domain. They can provide expertise to guide volunteers in their advocacy, help navigate complex barriers, and contribute to the overall understanding of specific topics that might impact the cases served by advocates

TRAINING: Don’t forget on demand classes offer information that may assist with resource research including behavioral health, Understanding DCS policies and the Child Dependency System and Advocating for Specific Constituencies.
