Aging Out Checklists – Fostering Advocates of Arizona

Information
Fostering Advocates Arizona at Children’s Action Alliance

Your CASA youth have probably thought about this for a long time, but now that it’s closer – or here – leaving foster care can feel pretty overwhelming. This informational website provides CASAs and youth specific information about the options, support and opportunities that can begin before your 18th birthday – or later – and extend until you’re 21 years old and beyond.

This site provides information in a direct, supportive youth tone on topics such as developing independent living skills, how to budget your money and shop for healthy food. It lists Arizona programs and provides direct links to service information or applications.

CASAs can find extensive resource information from employment training to transportation and vital records.

The program to train youth on checking accounts and financial management called Opportunity Passport is outlined here too!

The office is located at: 3030 N 3rd St., Suite 650, Phoenix, AZ 85012
