This is a financial literacy and matched savings program which offers offers a dollar for dollar match on the money the youth saves to purchase an approved asset. This program is designed for young adults, ages 14 to 26 (up to age 26), who have experienced foster care. Opportunity Passport is a great way to increase your CASA youth’s money IQ and help save for their future.
