Youth Funding Opportunities

Federal funding to assist teens and young adults age 14 through 26 is available for education, transportation, housing needs and more!

AFFCF is partnering with the Department of Child Safety to distribute more than $2 million to children and youth in foster care ages 14-26 as part the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).

WHO IS ELIGIBLE and DEADLINES

Awards for youth up to age 26 are only available through 9/30/21.
Awards for youth up to age 21 are available through 9/30/22.

WHO IS NOT ELIGIBLE

If a youth is enrolled in ETV, they are not eligible to receive a CAA award through our portal and will be referred to ETV.

If a youth is in extended foster care, they are not eligible to receive a CAA award through our portal and will be referred to their case specialist.
